As the COVID-19 crisis is continuing to change at a rapid pace, it is advisable that Participants and Country Club personnel continue to monitor updates to this page.
COVID-19 Reporting Obligations
The following policy and procedure must be complied with by individuals when responding to a case of COVID-19:
Participants, Club Officials, HRV and Tabcorp Park employees, volunteers and third parties (i.e.- contractors and consultants) must immediately report to HRV any instances where you have:
You must report via online COVID-19 Reporting Form, or alternatively, by calling HRV’s OHS Reporting Line on 03 9214 0664.
If you fall under the categories above, you must not attend any race meetings, trial meetings or have any interactions with anyone from the industry until you have completed the form, and been medically cleared.
To assist with contact tracing, HRV recommends that you keep a contact tracing diary to record your interactions with others, including the date, time, location, names and contact details (where known).

HRV understands that during the current health crisis people (or participants) may have a feeling of uncertainty and it is normal to develop feelings of stress and anxiety about the future.
HRV has an Industry Assistance Program (IAP) as well as other counselling services which are accessible at no charge to HRV participants. HRV strongly encourages utilising these services if you are feeling stressed, anxious or just want to talk to someone regarding your concerns. This service is completely free and confidential and is available to your immediate family members as well.

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) has developed a specific industry participant welfare hotline.
The hotline can be accessed via (03) 9214 0663 during business hours, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5pm).
Participants are encouraged to use the website for information relating to COVID-19 and other harness racing matters.
