When: Sunday 5 November
Where: Lord Nelson Park, St. Arnaud
Lord Nelson Park will host the Weir’s IGA St. Arnaud Pacing Cup and St. Arnaud Sporting Club Trotters Cup on Sunday November 5 as some of the greatest Harness Racing action travels Victoria.
This promises to be an exciting day of Country Cup action as St. Arnaud showcases some raw country Cup action. Free entry, holiday prizes and kid’s activities will make it a fantastic day for the whole family to enjoy.
The St. Arnaud Pacing Cup has a rich history dating back to 1973, where Kerryn Manning has taken out the Cup on 5 occasions in 2000, 2004, 2014 and then back-to-back in 2017 and 2018. The Trotters Cup has a much shorter history, but nothing less exciting with John Caldow going back-to-back driving Posimistic in 2012 and 2013, then backing it up in 2017 driving My Skypocket.
The 2023 Weir’s IGA St. Arnaud Pacing Cup and St. Arnaud Sporting Club Trotters Cup promises to excite once again so don’t miss out as history is made and Roll On Up when some of the greatest Harness Racing action comes to St. Arnaud on Sunday November 5.
