OVERVIEW: SHONEE (5) has been around the placings and is close to breaking her maiden status. One of the main chances. KEAYANG MINNESOTA (4) resumes here since September 2024 and did plenty wrong in her three runs last campaign. She did start favourite two starts ago and strikes a suitable race here. Can run well fresh. RASENGAN (6) placed at five of her 20 starts to date without winning. Has shown ability and gets another chance here. ITGETSBETTER (1) TROTTENEM MAGIC (8) and SALUTE TO SUNNY (3) can improve. MAORIS AVENGER (2) is a first starter that can be watched with interest.

OVERVIEW: NIGHT WHISPERER (6) was runner up last start and does handles the stand conditions well and looks well placed here and should be fighting out the finish.  MATTYO (4) capable trotter that can mix his form but is a winner from the stand conditions and at his best is a definite chance. DAISY BOUCHEA (5) does have ability, but the stand conditions have proven to be a challenge. Take on trust. Both ICICLE (7) and SONARMI JOH (8) are seasoned campaigners that relish these conditions and are very capable to be in the finish despite the handicaps. Both ALDEBARAN ANTON (2) and TRICKY DIAMOND (1) have ability and with safe beginnings can be in this for a long way. CASTLES IN THE SKY (3) fitter and can improve.

OVERVIEW: ILLAWONG PHOENIX (5) started a short price favourite when leading last start and just being run down. Looks suited here and can make amends. Hard to beat. LIVERMERE (6) has shown ability and has been racing against stronger company and will find this an easier assignment. Can threaten. Both EL AWOMAN (1) and MY DARLING DEVINE (8) have drawn well and will enjoy soft runs along the pegs and should be running home late and must be respected. ALOOK TO LIKE (10) is amongst the place and first four hopes.

OVERVIEW: KEAYANG SEASIDE (8) is a lightly raced 3yo that is showing good ability and wasn’t disgraced against strong company last start when unplaced. Progressive type and if the breaks come his way he can fight out the finish. ROCKABILLY RINGO (7) suited here and despite drawing wide he is suited from front line. Does have a good win record over the sprint trip and might prove hard to hold out. KEAYANG GALLIANO (4) unplaced last start from a wide draw, drawn more favourably here and is a definite chance. GERRALE (9) fitter and gets a nice trailing draw and should be running home strongly and don’t dismiss. HERNIE (1) has been down in form but gets the ideal pole position draw and can improve. Sure to get every chance. MIKE STEAMED HOME (10) is never far away and has claims.

OVERVIEW: RANGER RICK (3) is a fast beginner that has been racing very well and is suited by the draw. Might take a power of catching.  EASTBRO KOZZY (5) underrated pacer that is racing with great zest and looks a major threat here.  ALL BLAZING GUNS (9) found the opposition too hot last start and much better suited here. Can run well. THE SPORTZ STAR (10) produced a big effort to win last start and savaged the line. Must be respected. PLAINS IN HEAVEN (11) has been racing against stronger opposition and expect a good showing despite the challenging draw. GOODTIME LIBBY (1) will find this much easier than last start and will get every chance from the draw. CAPTAIN WILSON (4) found some winning form again last start after a long winning drought. Might go on with it.

OVERVIEW: PRESIDENTIALCHANGE (9) has found some good form again in recent starts and should enjoy a good trip here and expect him to be running on strongly late. Each way. Both DOCTOR GO JOH (7) and NOTHING SWEETER (3) are last start winners and both have good gate speed and should be prominent throughout. Definite chances. HUXHAM CHUBB (2) gets the draw to sit behind the speed and will be in striking range and can threaten. Both HARBOUR SPRINGS (5) and GRINNING BEACH BOY (12) will be fitter for this and can’t be dismissed.

OVERVIEW: KEAYANG SHADOWBOX (7) should be peaking fitness wise after two runs back from a long spell. Both runs this campaign have been full of merit and expect a big showing. PRETTY BASIC (2) on a quick back up and produced a major form reversal with an impressive win last start by savaging the line. Definite chance on that performance. JILLIBY TOMCAT (5) started favourite and finished just behind the placegetters last start. Front line draw suits. Must be respected. JILLIBY MOON (1) gave a great sight last start and was just run down. Should be in this for a long way. JILLIBY AMIGO (8) nice win at his race debut and drawn to get a good trip here. Must include again. Both ZANDA MAN (3) and NOHAT NOPLAY (9) show promise and can’t be dismissed.
