Flexi Bet has now had two runs for new trainer Michael Gasdsen and they both had some merit. This looks a considerably easier assignment to what she’s faced previously. She shows speed from the mobile and if able to lead, will prove hard to run down.

I was with Rocknlena at her debut run off the back of some handy trial efforts and I’m sticking. At that Shepparton run she drew the back row and was held up at a vital stage before finding the line strongly behind Bearhunta who appears to be a smart type. Hard to know where she maps, but she’s the best on exposed ability.

Herakles is third-up from a break here and there’s been a bit to like about those runs now he’s here with added fitness. He drops in class from those two outings and now goes to the front row to race forward over the short trip. With one of the state’s top drivers in Mark Pitt aboard there is a lot to like, I'm chips in.
