A horse show will be held this Sunday to raise funds for the Breast Cancer Trials Program after it was initiated by Standardbred Pleasure and Performance Horse Association of Victoria (SPPHAV) members.
Their efforts have seen the birth of the Standardbreds for Breast Cancer Trial Show on Sunday (September 29) after receiving community support.
The Kilmore Racing Club, several harness stables and many businesses from the Kilmore area readily offered their support and the first standardbred horse show for the 2019-2020 season will be at Kilmore Equestrian Centre, where a covered arena will keep competitors out of the elements.
This is a SPPHAV member-only show and part of the growing number of shows across the state that form part of the HRV HERO High Point show program.
