Oorah’s dashing first-up display at Terang was certainly popular with one big TAB customer on Saturday night.
The punter had $3000 on the Mattie Craven-prepared pacer at $3.10 before he blitzed his rivals in the Neville and Patsy Clarke Memorial by more than 6m.
It was one of the big bets taken by the TAB on Victorian harness racing last week, with some of the others listed below.
