Tango Tara second scratching from ID22 pacing series

Long Forest trainer Andy Gath has withdrawn Tango Tara from the SENTrack Inter Dominion Pacing Championship.

Gath said the six-year-old was scratched due to “minor health issues” and would now be sent for a spell.

Tango Tara had drawn barrier one for the second pacing heat at Bray Raceway and will now be replaced by Margaret Lee-trained second emergency Jilliby Nitro.

On Tuesday, the Darren Binskin-trained Alpine Stride was also withdrawn from the championships.

The horse underwent a veterinary examination and was found to be lame in the left foreleg.
