Mighty Mitchell helps punter to five-figure collect

The continuation of Mitchell Wrap’s picket fence was celebrated by one TAB customer who launched $2005 on the Jennifer Douglas-trained trotter before his win at Melton on Saturday night.

The punter collected $11,027.50 when Jordan Leedham steered the five-year-old to his third-straight victory of the preparation.

It was one of the major collects on Victorian harness racing last week with the TAB. Some of the other big hits and misses are listed below.
