Bronte Nieuwenburg has done the form for tonight at Bendigo.

Race 1:
OVERVIEW: QUATRO MOTH (5) has always looked to possess remarkable raw ability without quite being the complete racehorse package. She won a Group 3 in just her second career start and resumes here for the first time since March. She seems the type of horse that will improve with maturity and time. LINE DANCE (2) has been excellent at his past two starts when able to find the fence. He has good gate speed and should be able to map well again. ASSIGNED (3) is lightly raced, with eight career starts producing two wins. He appears to have ability and is a progressive type, although he will need some luck from the barrier. KATUNGA EXPRESS (9) has the best sectional times in this field on exposed form. He has a suitable barrier to follow LINE DANCE (2) through early. There are several other runners with genuine claims, including TELERN LOFTY (11), KING SAINT (7) and OKANUI BEACH (10), but all face awkward barriers.

BACK: LINE DANCE (2) – 1 unit (win)/ 2 units (place)
SELECTIONS: QUATRO MOTH (5), LINE DANCE (2), ASSIGNED (3), KATUNGA EXPRESS (9)
Race 2:
OVERVIEW: This looks to be an even contest with many chances. FINAL BOW (3) is third up here and has a good relationship with driver James Herbertson. She has good gate speed and should be able to map well. She seems to perform best when able to get forward early. This is also a drop in class and she has the best sectional times in the field. ALCATRAZ GIRL (6) comes out of the in-form Glenn Bull stable. She settled near last start and hit the line well for fourth. Her previous run was a good win. She will need some luck from the barrier, but is racing well. MEGAWATTS (2) is first up after 179 days and steps out for new trainer Michael Gadsden. She may improve and appreciate the change in scenery. KIMCHI (10) is racing competitively and performs well for driver Taylor Youl. The barrier is tricky, but he is racing well enough to be a factor.

BACK: FINAL BOW (3) – 2 units (win)
SELECTIONS: FINAL BOW (3), ALCATRAZ GIRL (6), MEGAWATTS (2), KIMCHI (10)
Race 3:
OVERVIEW: ONECROWDEDHOUR (8) was first up last start when fifth at Ballarat. He hit the line very well and will improve from that performance. This is a drop in class and he looks well placed. HESTON CASH (5) does not have the best numerical form on paper, but his own times have been strong. Last start, although he finished 12th, he covered an extra 31 metres racing wide and was beaten only 14.5 metres. It was a run worth forgiving. With some luck here, he is a good chance and also benefits from a drop in class. VERY TEMPTING (10) was a winner at Melton three starts back. With the scratching of the horse in barrier nine, he now has a suitable draw to follow through early and settle into a favourable position. He is racing okay. STANDANDELIVER (4) is third up this preparation and should be nearing peak fitness. He is a first four chance with some luck in running.

BACK: ONECROWDEDHOUR (8) – 2 units (win)
SELECTIONS: ONECROWDEDHOUR (8), HESTON CASH (5), VERY TEMPTING (10), STANDANDELIVER (4)
Race 4:
OVERVIEW: BETTORSWEETVICTORY (2) has good gate speed and should be able to map well here. The strong James Herbertson-Ross Graham combination is a positive. She has the best sectional times in this event and rarely puts in a bad run. BLUE CANNON (9) was a good second on this track last start after having a bit of bad luck late. He has a suitable barrier to follow BETTORSWEETVICTORY (2) through early, should map well and is racing in good form. MYRTLE MAY (7) is first up after 171 days and has quite a few gear changes. She has shown glimpses of nice ability throughout her career, particularly when she did it tough to win on this track in November last year. She will need luck from the barrier first up, but may surprise. TOPHUT JOHNY (1) looks likely to get the perfect trip behind stablemate BETTORSWEETVICTORY (2) and should be afforded every opportunity.

BACK: BETTORSWEETVICTORY (2) – 3 units (win)
SELECTIONS: BETTORSWEETVICTORY (2), BLUE CANNON (9), MYRTLE MAY (7), TOPHUT JOHNY (1)
Race 5:
OVERVIEW: MIDNIGHT ALIBI (4) looks to have found a suitable race to break through for her maiden victory. Trainer Alex Ashwood is in flying form and this will be the mare’s second start for the stable. First up for Ashwood she got her manners wrong, but if she paces smoothly throughout here, she is the one to beat. OPERTSER (8) has finished third at his past two starts and is edging closer to his first win. This barrier should allow him to be saved for one run and rely on a bit of luck. WICKED ONE (1) draws the best barrier of his nine-start career. He has not had much luck with barriers and race maps so far, but that could change here. DIAMONDONTHEROCKS (5) is a well-bred, lightly raced gelding from the David Miles stable. He has a tricky barrier and is still learning about racing, but he is not without a chance in this field.
SELECTIONS: MIDNIGHT ALIBI (4), OPERTSER (8), WICKED ONE (1), DIAMONDONTHEROCKS (5)
Race 6:
OVERVIEW: The well-bred COVERED IN GOLD (7) is first up here for Chris Svanosio. He will need to make his own luck from the barrier, but he has shown ability and warrants respect. TRYX VIXEN (4) was eye-catching first up when she did it tough and was still too good. She is racing well and should improve further with that run under her belt. TEX GOES BANG (1) was a good winner at big odds last start when able to race tough on speed. Although barrier one looks favourable on paper, he lacks high gate speed and may find himself in a tricky position. Nevertheless, he is performing well. SHAQ (6) does not have the best numerical form, but he notably holds the best sectional times in this field. He will need some luck from the barrier, but has the ability to be competitive. Also respecting HAPPENSTBABEACHBOY (8) here.
SELECTIONS: COVERED IN GOLD (7), TRYX VIXEN (4), TEX GOES BANG (1), SHAQ (6)
