OVERVIEW:You’d be hard pressed to find a more competitive top-tier C0 final than the one we have right here where there’s half a dozen winning hopes and tactics may mean everything. With that in mind BIT OF A DREAM (2) looks the benchmark runner. A pretty slick beginner he should bomb the polemarker early and find the peg-lines first then what he does form there can be dictated by the pace. If he leads unchallenged then they’ll be at his mercy through the final 800m while if he trails a horse like ARTCHIEVER CHAPEL (6) he’ll only need some fortune in the closing stages for success. There are five genuine threats headed by JAMIESON STEELE (11) who was so strong winning the alternate qualifier for this series after racing tough in transit along with NIKITARAS (9) the perfectly drawn OUTBACK SHADOW (1), MAJOR ASSASSIN (10) and the slightly underperforming but still obviously gifted IM VERY WILLING (3).
