Harness Racing Victoria’s highly-anticipated 2019-20 Horse of the Year nominees have been revealed, with finalists confirmed for all age and gait categories.
Winners will be announced at the prestigious Gordon Rothacker Medal evening, which has been booked for Sunday, June 27 at the Palladium at Crown.
