There would have been some nervous moments for big TAB punters who launched into champion squaregaiter Just Believe on Saturday night.
Bets of $12,000 at $1.30 and $8000 at $1.40 were taken on the Jess Tubbs-trained star, who looked under serious pressure outside the leader turning for home but eventually dug deep to secure a narrow victory in the Group 1 Bill Collins Trotters Sprint at Melton Entertainment Park.
