Victorian hope Cruz Bromac will carry the mantle of number one ranked horse in this year's Inter Dominion Pacing Championship, with the New Zealand Trotting Cup winner installed on top in today's final release of the rankings.
The withdrawal this week of previous number one Spankem and Cruz Bromac's career defining Group 1 win have seen the Danny Zavitsanos co-owned pacer shoot to the top, with All Stars stablemates Chase Auckland and Thefixer in places three and four.
Australian hopes Colt Thirty One (second), Bling It On (fifth), Our Uncle Sam (sixth), San Carlo (eighth), My Kiwi Mate (15th) and Sicario (16th) are also prominent among a list of 30 nominees.
The trotting ranks encompass 29 nominees, with Dominion winner Habibi Inta shooting to the top on the back of last Friday's triumph, with Tough Monarch rising to second courtesy of his Cup day success and Victorians McLovin (fourth) and Big Jack Hammer (fifth) rounding out the top five.
