Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) advises that with COVID-19 protocols in place and crowds still not permitted on track, those wishing to lodge a claim in the HERO Battle of the Claimers Final this Saturday night are required to do so electronically by lodging payment via EFT and submitting the paperwork via e-mail to racing@hrv.org.au.
