IRT sign on as stable naming rights partner at Melton

The stabling area at Melton Entertainment Park will now be known as the IRT Stables after a new partnership was struck between Harness Racing Victoria and the horse transportation giant.

New signage was installed at the facility throughout the week to re-confirm IRT’s support of the Victorian harness racing community.

“IRT is thrilled with the look of the new IRT Stables, and we are proud to have our name associated with the industry,” Director of IRT Australia, Selwyn Wallace, said.

The stable naming rights are part of a three-year partnership extension between IRT and HRV.

“IRT is proud of our association with HRV and the wider Australasian harness community. The stables hopefully represent a reflection of our support to all harness participants by saying thank you for all your support,” he said.

“For over 50 years IRT has been helping participants shape their stables with the international movement of horses and the stables represent the totality of the hard work of everyone involved in the industry.”
