Just Believe has cruised to his second victory in the Shepparton Trotters Cup.
The Jess Tubbs-trained megastar backed up his brilliant first-up victory at Melton Entertainment Park on Saturday night with a cosy front-running triumph in the Goulburn Valley’s Group 3 feature this evening.
Driver Greg Sugars quickly moved around from his back row draw to find the front through the early stages of the 2190m event and the short-priced favourite never looked in danger as he coasted down to beat a brave Harry Stamper by just over 3m on the line.
The result takes Just Believe’s career record to 34 wins from 78 starts.
