Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) reminds all participants that stablehands are only permitted to attend race meetings in the region where the trainer with whom they are employed is permitted to race.
Stablehands cannot attend race meetings in different regions at any time and must first seek permission of the stewards prior to taking up employment or stablehand duties with an alternate trainer in a different region to that which they are currently permitted to work.
