Support links for participants online at resource page

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) and the Victorian Trainers and Drivers Association (VTDA) would like to draw participants’ attention to the HRV COVID-19 resource page.

This page contains links to Federal and Victorian Government assistance packages, which may be applicable to certain individuals/businesses in certain circumstances, as well as other COVID-19 information such as links to procedures, COVID-19 HRV updates, the Industry Assistance Program and other welfare support services.

HRV and VTDA strongly recommend participants, especially those who find themselves with limited opportunities to earn income as a result of region-based racing, discuss their financial circumstances with their accountant to find out if any of these benefits/packages offered by Government are applicable to them.

For those without a dedicated accountant, participants can reach out to long-term harness racing supporter Paul Dobson from Kelly Partners Chartered Accountants, which has a niche harness racing advisory business.
