The Lost Storm favourite for October’s Victoria Derby

The Lost Storm has opened as an odds-on favourite to win the 2023 running of the Victoria Derby.

The Emma Stewart-trained pacer is one of the confirmed starters for the TAB Eureka on September 2 and has been marked as a $1.50 chance to win the state’s three-year-old pacing classic on October 14.

He is clear on the top line of betting ahead of stablemate Petracca and Nathan Jack-trained Breeders Crown champ School Captain, who are both at $5.

Kyle Marshall’s impressive New Zealander Son Of Mac is fourth favourite at $7.50.

The Lost Storm will step out for his first run since returning from a successful Queensland campaign at Melton this Saturday night.

He will clash with Son Of Mac and many other talented three-year-olds in The TAB Download The App Pace.
