Sirletic and Shoshone Brave nabbed San Carlo late and Moreton Bay's gone straight into the Craig Rail Trial File Blackbook ahead of his return tonight.

They're just some of the highlights of the master callers scouring of this week's Victorian trials circuit.

SHEPPARTON 23/04/20

Trial 1: - JETS ART (Major In Art – Neishars Jet 2.1.9, $12,861) settled three back on the outside and hooked out three wide from the 500m. He finished on determinedly to get up and defeat PAYUP ORLEAVE (Live Or Die – Orta Be Ruthless 1.59.2, $87,540), which worked forward to find the lead at the 1500m mark. MIDNIGHT WHISPER (Art Major – Whisper Jet 1.55.5, $110,426) raced without cover for the entire trip and did a good job to finish in third position head of TEX GOES BANG, which worked forward from a wide draw to find the top before taking cover behind PAYUP ORLEAVE. AFTER THE CHASE (Mr Feelgood – Chasing Chelsea 1.58.9, $25,215) had the speed to lead early, took cover and was shuffled back on the markers (3 back) before finishing quickly once he saw a clear passage with 100m remaining. HOT WIRE (Village Jolt – Hot To Lombo 2.2.0, $26,800) ended up being four back on the markers and also finished off well. ISLAND ROCKYROAD (Pet Rock – Lavra Cloe 2.0.7, $30,450) gained a one out and one back trail and finished seventh with MY MATE COL (Rock N Roll Heaven – Nightn Georgia 2.0.4, $116,605) being last of the eight runners throughout (1-2).

Mile Rate: - 2.4.4            Final Half: - 60.4               Margins: - 2m, 1m

Trial 2: - ARGY BARGY was able to amble across and find the lead without too much fuss. He paced very roughly and wanted to skip, particularly in the early stages but he was untroubled to score. ROYAL ADMIRAL finished in second position. He was content to take cover behind ARGY BARGY, sat on his back for the entire journey and never peeled to the outside at any stage, going to the line with something in reserve. WELL WELL settled three back on the inside and finished a distant third with the trotter HATEITWHENYOURRITE also following the markers through (4 back) to finish in fourth position. FINAL CATEGORY finished fifth after racing without cover throughout and was in front of MAJESTIC SPEED (5 back markers), HIGHLAND HILL (1-2, held up at a vital stage) and THE BUTCHER (1-1).

Mile Rate: - 2.0.4            Final Half: - 60.1               Margins: - 5m, 20m

Trial 3: - VIVA LA ROCK (Rock N Roll Heaven – Viva La Rena) was a very good winner of the 2yo trial where she progressed forward from a wide draw, continued to press on until she found the lead with 1300m remaining and was strong at the finish. CASHFLOW CASSIE (Artsplace – A Few Dollars More 1.57.4, $4,088) angled in behind the early leader ASSUMING, circled around to trail the leader at the 900m mark and tried hard in the straight, finishing second. CAPTAIN DORIAN (Captaintreacherous – Spirited Storm 1.59.1, $3,435) settled down five back on the markers, moved into the running lane down the back straight (1-1) and was third on the home turn, holding that position down the straight. SPANMATILDA (Bitobliss – Tennessee Rebel) settled down sixth on the markers and finished on for fourth in front of OUTLOOK (Art Major – Vista Bella 1.57.9, $110,021), which was seventh early and very wide on the home turn. GIANNIS AY MACRAY was the only horse in the trial that had raced previously and finished sixth after settling eight back on the markers in the early stages. MAJOR ZONE (Art Major – Here Comes Zoe 1.55.2, $113,996) settled in fourth and was without cover from the 600m. He finished seventh in front of FLUFFN AROUND (Grinfromeartoear – Aventura) (last the markers) and ASSUMING (Western Terror – 2.0.0, $32,495) (led, trailed leader 1300m).

Mile Rate: - 2.3.7            Final Half: - 59.5               Margins: - 2m, 10m

Trial 4: - SENITAS STRENGTH (Muscle Mass – Senita) has been very impressive at the trials over the past two weeks and was able to step away cleanly, work to the front on the first corner and dash away from his rivals to win untouched. His time was slow but he does appear to have a promising future. MIELICKI (Majestic Son – Lady Mackendon 2.0.0, $36,200) stepped away well enough to find the markers first before taking cover. He still appears to be very green but he was able to fill second spot in front of his stable mate LOVE GUN (Love You – Spidergirl 1.56.8, $317,657), which trailed him throughout. SWEET ON YOU (Love You – Right Interest 1.59.7, $202,096) was the slowest into stride and was last throughout.

Mile Rate: - 2.17.9          Final Half: - 62.6               Margins: - 20m, 9m

Trial 5: - WESTERN CRISIS trailed the leader before coming to the outside with 800m remaining. He applied a lot of pressure to the leader GALLIFREY DIRECT in the back straight and the pair raced well clear of the pack. They both got tired in the latter stages but WESTERN CRISIS was able to outstay GALLIFREY DIRECT in the run to the finish. ALITTLEBITOFFTAP finished third after settling three back on the markers and VILLANELLE (4 back markers) ended up being fourth across the line. NOT SO BIG was six back on the markers and was doing his best work at the end. FOLLOW OUR DREAMS (Art Major – Smyrna Duruisseau USA 1.56.2, $20,231) came from last and also made up good ground in the final 100m but the last quarter would have been slow. ASTERISM was five back on the markers and dropped out late, beating ILLAWONG NIGELLA (7 back markers) to the line.

Mile Rate: - 2.4.6            Final Half: - 59.9               Margins: - 2m, 4m

Trial 6: - There were some very good performances in the open class trial and it might be a good form reference. SIRLETIC led out, took a trail behind SAN CARLO and used the sprint lane to get up and win. He seemed to be cruising to the line. SHOSHONE BRAVE came from last at the bell (8 back markers) to finish second. Admittedly he gained a one out and one back trail behind SOFALA (7 back markers, death seat bell) but he gave some good horses a big start with 1000m remaining. SAN CARLO was overtaken late but wasn’t really exerted when heading to the line. HEREHEHECOMES was three back on the markers and was held up for a run at a vital stage. He angled to the outside in the final 50m and motored to the line. SOFALA finished a close up fifth after doing the work in the final circuit and even the sixth placed BRINGITONHOME (4 back markers) was doing his best work at the end. ELLMERS IMAGE was five back on the markers and finished seventh in front of A SPECIAL DREAM (6 back markers, 1-2).

Mile Rate: - 1.59.3          Final Half: - 56.6               Margins: - Neck, Neck

Trial 7: - CASSIOPEIA showed good gate speed to lead, set up a slow tempo and had a good kick left at the finish when she scored comfortably. ENCRYPTION settled fourth on the markers, raced roughly and hung out at the 800m, losing ten metres and momentum before flying home at the finish for an eye-catching second. BONNY TAYLAH finished in third position after being three back on the markers throughout. WINGING GRIN was fourth after trailing the leader and RAMBLEON (Blissfull Hall – Cheryls Fancy) ended up being in fifth position after settling five back on the markers before moving up without cover at the bell. STARZZZOFMICHAEL (Four Starzzz Shark – Chess Timer 1.57.2, $25,400) was six back on the markers and moved into the one out and one back trail behind RAMBLEON. He beat home LOUISIANA JO (Roll With Joe – Western Jazz), which was last throughout.

Mile Rate: - 2.6.3            Final Half: - 58.3               Margins: - 5m, 6m

Trial 8: - RETURN SOLDIER trailed the leader, moved off the markers at the 600m and broke stride leaving the back straight losing ten metres. He was able regather momentum and produced a strong final 300m to get the prize. WILLIE GO WEST trialled very nicely again. He settled five back on the inside, was held up for a run at a vital stage and went back to the sprint lane. He finished hard and still seemed to have plenty left at the finish. GOLDEN SAND set up a genuine tempo in the lead and finished third in front of HOLSTEIN, which trailed him throughout. RNR WINDERMERE only beat one runner to the line but she settled down last and she was steaming home out wide on the track. HESTY finished in last position after being four back on the markers throughout.

Mile Rate: - 1.59.8          Final Half: - 58.5               Margins: - 4m, 2m

Trial 9: - ALL THE MUSCLES was impressive in defeating MORETON BAY. He settled three back on the inside, moved up without cover from the 800m and hit the front on the home turn. He went to the line hard held to score easily. MORETON BAY also had something in reserve at the finish however and was just as impressive. He settled four back on the markers then moved into the one out and one back trail behind ALL THE MUSCLES. STICK WITH ME finished in third position after trailing the leader ITS GAZADANGERWOOD (Bad Boy Truscott – Justcallmespecial 2.3.6, $18,075) and coming to the outside in the straight. WILLDOMXAV was doing his best work at the end when coming out wide on the turn from five back on the markers. BAD AS NOW (Bad Boy Truscott – Windcries Molly) settled six back on the markers and beat home CRONK (Tennotrump – Amaori Spur), which missed the start by approximately 60m and was tailed off throughout.

Mile Rate: - 2.11.6          Final Half: - 59.8               Margins: - 8m, 15m

BLACKBOOKER: - Moreton Bay

TERANG 25/04/20

Trial 1: - The juvenile trotter TICTOK (Love You – Sundons Pride 2.1.4, $112,733) has been trialling nicely for trainer Michael Bellman and was able to defeat the older trotters in the opening trial on the card. DOUBLE HELIX finished in second position and the Paul Castle trained TOUCHANDGO (Down Under Muscles – Honeylyptus) finished last of the three runners.

Mile Rate: - 2.12.9          Final Half: - 62.0               Margins: - 3m, 50m

Trial 2: - The smart 3yo trotting filly PINK GALAHS, which hasn’t raced since a fourth in the Need for Speed Princess Final in February, was able to take out the second event from THE SUMMER CAT. ALLWATFUNJINGLES (Great Success – Majestic Eclipse) trialled nicely for an unraced trotter taking on proven winners and finished a close up third. MAORISHADOW was fourth after starting from the handicap of 30m and finished in front of PENELOPE and SHEZ A DOOD (Bg’s Folly – Do Declare).

Mile Rate: - 2.11.0          Final Half: - 61.7               Margins: - 2m, 1m

Trial 3: - THE CULLECTOR has been racing consistently at a high level and gained a confidence building victory against easier opposition, dashing home in a quick final half of 56.6 seconds to win comfortably. GRACIE CULLEN was the most loosely assessed pacer in the field (NR56) so she did extremely well to finish in second position. KEAYANG DA VINCI finished in third position ahead of the Matthew Craven trained pair SHANWAY and MOTA MATE. AUDAZ BONITA finished last of the six runners but he was meeting a strong field.

Mile Rate: - 1.59.9          Final Half: - 56.6               Margins: - 7m, 1m

Trial 4: - DIAMOND WES has made a few errors at his recent performances but was able to win the mobile trial for the trotters. He defeated EOGHAN OMAILLE, which has won a few races at Mount Gambier this season, and EARLION finished in third position. KAYLASISTER (Majestic Son – Decisive Dash) and SURELY NOT (Skyvalley – Paula Swiftly 2.4.7, $28,030) were the two trotters competing in the trial that hadn’t raced previously and they finished fourth and fifth respectively.

Trial 5: - KEVIN RICHARD hasn’t started since November but he continued the good night for trainer Michael Bellman by defeating SHADY CREDIT (Shadyshark Hanover – Total Credits) and WEERROOK BUDDY (Shadyshark Hanover – Tartan Dynasty). JUST BE YOURSELF (Sportswriter – Whodyou Wantmetobe 1.59.0, $48,100) is a nicely bred and cleverly named filly, which finished in fourth position with STELLAR RAINBOW (Roll With Joe – Starry Rainbow 1.58.2, $84,205) failing to complete the course.

Mile Rate: - 2.8.6            Final Half: - 61.4               Margins: - 2m, 1m

Trial 6: - GOOD WORD THAT (Sportswriter – Lombo Socialite 1.57.7, $32,363) is out of a race winning daughter of the great mare Lombo Rapida so he is a nicely bred juvenile and he took out his trial by a metre over MOLLYS BEST, which is a former Peter Manning trained mare, which has joined Margaret Lee. FESTIVE AZZ (Bettors Delight – Lughnasadh) is out of a daughter of the top producer Interchange, which is known as being the dam of the champion pacer and successful sire Elsu. He finished last of the three runners but the field did finish together.

Mile Rate: - 2.11.5          Final Half: - 63.5               Margins: - 1m, 1m

Trial 7: - JILLIBY ZAGAMI is undefeated from two starts and was able to dash home in a quick final quarter to beat REACTOR FACTOR, which hasn’t started since a Hamilton victory in November. The speedy pacer KOWALSKI ANALYSIS finished in third position in front of MAXACTOR.

Mile Rate: - 2.8.5            Final Half: - 59.5               Margins: - 2m, 1m

Trial 8: - VIKING CRUZ is a newcomer for trainer Paddy Lee and was able to win the final trial by a large margin. He defeated HARRY MCKINNIS with DRESSED TO FLY being in third position. TERRORINTHECITY hasn’t raced since June 2018 but he was able to finish fourth in front of SARA INGOT and DES TROY (Mach Three – Armida 1.59.1, $159,285), which is a nicely bred colt for trainer Matthew Craven.

Mile Rate: - 2.4.9            Final Half: - 64.9               Margins: - 12m, 4m

MARYBOROUGH 26/04/20 (Wet Track)

Trial 1: - KEILAH (Art Major – Shakeilah 2.1.6, $13,691) settled three back on the markers and moved into the death seat at the 400m before quickly dashing up to join the leader TELL NOBODY. She was able to glide to the lead in the home straight and scored easily. TELL NOBODY just held down second in front of SHADY HANOVER, which trailed the leader throughout.

Mile Rate: - 2.5.0            Final Half: - 60.7               Margins: - 5m, head

Trial 2: - IONA SPIDER was the class runner of the trial and was able to push forward and find the lead shortly after the start. She scored comfortably from her stable mate DYNAMIC DIESEL, which trailed her throughout. TRUSCOTT SUN settled down last of the three and remained in that position throughout.

Mile Rate: 2.7.8               Final Half: - 62.4               Margins: - 8m, 8m

Trial 3: - LOVEE DOVEE (Love You – Sister of Sonoko 2.3.3, $14,103) trailed the leader and used the sprint lane to win softly at the end. ROCKYBOMBA (A Rocknroll Dance – Tiabamba 1.59.4, $10,803) settled three back on the inside, moved up without cover from the 700m and boxed on reasonably well for second. IMA LOUIE TOUIE (Louey Louey Louey – Feng Shui 2.9.4, $10,480) began quickly to find the lead, set up a slow tempo and wanted to hang away from the inside on the home turn. He finished third in front of LUCY SAWYER (Tennotrump – Annies Last 2.9.2, $4,508), which broke stride at the start and was tailed off before tacking on at the 800m and dropping off again late.

Mile Rate: - 2.17.7          Final Half: - 66.4               Margins: - 3m, 2m

Trial 4: - FINAL BOW (Bitobliss – Georgina Bow) dropped back to be last of the four runners in the early stages, moved away from the inside at the 500m mark and finished off well to claim victory over THUMP (Village Jolt – Umi 1.56.5, $36,725), which showed gate speed and progressed forward from out three wide on the track to find the lead. SOHO KYOTO (Bettors Delight – Chip And Gale 1.52.6, $563,343) began quickly and was without cover early before angling onto the markers to be three back. She finished third in front of her stable mate TALLARAS SHADOW, which trailed the leader, moved away from the inside at the 500m mark then hung out and broke stride on the home turn.

Mile Rate: - 2.7.2            Final Half: - 60.9               Margins: - 4m, 15m

Trial 5: - ALDEBARAN SUNDOWN was slowly away and lost 30m at the start but was able to give chase and found the lead at the 1600m when his stable mate ONEOUTOFTHESQUARE galloped. He then hopped and skipped and pulled his way to victory in slow time. ONEOUTOFTHESQUARE stepped a long way clear early but galloped at the 1600m, again at the 1200m and also at the 300m so he finished tailed off in the field of just two runners.

Mile Rate: - 2.15.9          Final Half: - 65.7               Margin: - 220m

BENDIGO 26/04/20

Trial 1: - SWEET APPEAL (Sweet Lou – I’m Tammy) began quickly to find the lead and was untroubled in scoring from WENDYS WATCHING (He’s Watching – Miss Saxony 1.59.1, $34,955), which settled last of the three runners and moved up without cover from the quarter pole. MADAM AUCKLAND (Auckland Reactor – Madam Altissimo 1.56.4, $44,825) saw the field safely home after being behind the leader throughout.

Mile Rate: - 2.2.2            Final Half: - 58.9               Margins: - 6m, 9m

Trial 2: - AN ALLIANCE showed very good gate speed to lead early and was able to finish off in handy final sectionals when he scored over SIXTY, which settled in fifth position before gaining a one out and one back trail and finishing off nicely at the end. ABOVE AVERAGE settled four back on the inside and made a move in front of SIXTY with 600m remaining. He battled on well for third in front of ACE MONTANA, which settled three back on the markers. LOUNGE ART trailed the leader and started to yield ground at the 500m. He finished fifth ahead of NUREYEV, which was last throughout.

Mile Rate: - 2.2.2            Final Half: - 57.3               Margins: - 2m, 3m

Trial 3: - RINGER RUSS settled down last, moved away from the inside at the 600m mark and hit the front at the quarter pole when he just prevailed over a game MAGIC SMILE (Grinfromeartoear – Cobargo Magic 1.56.1, $82,919), which kicked back strongly after being headed. LONGASULOVEME (Pet Rock – Aniteattheopera 2.1.6, $13,300) finished last of the three runners after trailing the leader throughout.

Mile Rate: - 2.4.5            Final Half: - 57.8               Margins: - Neck, 5m

Trial 4: - TELLMESUMTHINGRL (Julius Caesar – Parisian Operative 2.3.0, $4,105) dropped back to be last of the three runners early, came away from the markers at the 500m mark and quickly dashed to the front turning out of the back straight when she jogged to victory over LESVOS LAD (Jet Laag – Molly Ridge), which trailed the leader early before popping around to find the front at the 1200m mark. JOHNNYS CASH (Bettors Delight – Tess Franco) led early, took a trail behind LESVOS LAD and dropped back to last at the finish.

Mile Rate: - 2.7.2            Final Half: - 61.2               Margins: - 9m, 12m

Trial 5: - RIGONDEAUX settled three back on the markers, came away from the inside at the 500m mark and hit the front on the turn when he held off a very game JUST OSCAR to win in reasonable time. JUST OSCAR did an extremely good job for an experienced maiden after he trailed the leader then chased hard in the straight. FLAMING FIVES tried to lead all of the way and finished third with his stable mate ANGKSI being last all of the way after galloping at the start and losing approximately 40m.

Mile Rate: - 2.2.6            Final Half: - 58.9               Margins: - 2m, 15m

Trial 6: - MEADOWVALLEY LOVER unfortunately has made errors in his two starts at the races to date but he has been showing ability at the trials and was able to lead throughout to win comfortably over ALDEBARAN BRONSON (Muscle Mass – Aldebaran Breeze 2.6.8, $29,058). ALDEBARAN BRONSON began slowly and missed approximately 30m at the start. He was beaten by about the same margin than he missed at the start so his effort was sound enough.

Mile Rate: - 2.5.3            Final Half: - 60.0               Margin: - 30m

TABCORP PARK, MELTON 28/04/20

Trial 1: - MARIACHI (Fling It – Golden Photo 2.5.3, $9,813) settled five back on the markers and ended up being four back when ALPINE SHIRE (Armbro Invasion – Midnight Maori 2.10.4, $4,156) broke stride at the 1300m. He wanted to hang out occasionally but he moved away from the inside at the half mile marker and made up good ground in the back straight, sustaining the run to win nicely. ALDEBARAN LEROY began quickly to find the lead and tried to lead throughout but found MARIACHI to be too slick at the end. MY LINDY ANGELS showed good early speed and ended up behind ALDEBARAN LEROY. She finished third and was well ahead of OVERANDOUT (Majestic Son – Coruscating 2.7.7, $11,440), which was three back on the markers, appeared to be struggling at the 800m and raced very roughly over the final stages. The mistake made by ALPINE SHIRE mid-race proved to be costly and she finished last of the five runners.

Mile Rate: - 2.3.2            Final Half: - 63.15    Margins: - 4.5m, 37.5m

Trial 2: - ILLAWONG AWESOME (Mach Three – Miss Astronomical) showed gate speed to lead and enjoyed a nice run throughout. She raced greenly over the concluding stages and drifted well into the sprint lane and nearly off the track but she had enough in hand to land the money. HEAVENLY GIPSY (Rock N Roll Heaven – Mach Robyn 1.59.2, $15,975) showed gate speed to lead early, took a trail at the 1300m and finished in second position. QUICK DAN (American Ideal – Courageousnquick 1.56.1, $236,427) settled last on the markers, moved away from the inside at the 700m and was out three horses wide going past the quarter pole before boxing on well in the straight for third. He did poke his nose in front coming up to the home turn. MERRY DANCER (Changeover – Lucky Merrywood 1.58.4, $51,128) settled three back on the markers and was trailed all of the way by PAS DE COURU (Western Terror – Wattaboutit), which saw the field of five runners safely home.

Mile Rate: - 2.2.1            Final Half: - 58.41    Margins: - 1.5m, 3.5m

Trial 3: - DON ABRASCO trailed the leader and moved away from the inside at the quarter pole. He hit the front on the turn and held off the late challenge of ME PAT MALONE, which settled down last of the three runners and finished off well. He did break stride right on the post however. ORLANDOS PRINCESS dropped back to third after setting the speed.

Mile Rate: - 2.3.6            Final half: - 60.28    Margins: - ½ head, 25m

Trial 4: - SUMOMENTSOMEWHERE (Somebeachsomewhere – Special Moment 1.58.0, $72,511) was able to take out the trial by trailing the leader and using the sprint lane.  STIR ME UP (Auckland Reactor – Magical Sue), ran along at a genuine tempo in the lead and finished second, over 50m in front of the remainder of the field. WHY NOT DREAM (Shadow Play – Why Comment) settled three back on the markers and finished in third with MACRAY GLORY (Sportswriter – Schonbrunn 1.58.5, $79,823) being last of the four runners throughout.

Mile Rate: - 1.58.2          Final Half: - 57.80    Margins: - 3.5m, 51.5m

BLACKBOOKER: - Sumomentsomewhere

Trial 5: - SOUNDSOFCASH settled sixth on the outside (1-2) before peeling out three horses wide with 500m remaining. She sprinted quickly around the field to hit the lead on the home turn and held her advantage in the straight. QUEEN OF DIAMONDS gained a one out and one back trail, was held up for a run at a vital stage when SOUNDSOFCASH dashed on by, before peeling out four horses wide on the home turn and running home well at the finish. It was a nice trial performance and she does show the ability to win races. JUMPSTART was slow into stride in the score up and was forced to chase after the gate. He hit the starting point with some momentum and was able to spear to the lead shortly after the start. He was collared in the straight but battled on fairly well for third. BRAD CULLEN settled fifth on the markers and used the sprint lane to finish off quite well into fourth position. MEGAFELLA came from last of the seven runners to pick up fifth ahead of DEE MACH (trailed the leader) and ERNIESON (without cover).

Mile Rate: - 2.1.9            Final Half: - 59.05    Margins: - 4.5m, 7.5m

Trial 6: - AMMICCHI settled four back on the inside and gained a perfect run through along the markers to trail the leader on the home turn before using the sprint lane. She accelerated through nicely to get the prize. MISTER MACEDON (Betterthancheddar – Black And Yellow 1.59.4, $19,288) gained the one out and one back trail and came out three horses wide from the 300m. He finished in second spot ahead of the early leader PLAYFUL MISS. LADY OLIVIAS FOLLY (BG’s Folly – Lady Anton) trailed the leader and moved away from the inside approaching the home turn. She filled fourth position ahead of SUMMER GRIN (Grinfromeartoear – Goingonsafari), which raced without cover from the 1100m and DAWN OFA NEW DREAM (Dawn Ofa New Day – Real Dreamz) finished last after racing three back on the markers throughout.

Mile Rate: - 2.1.6            Final Half: - 59.39    Margins: - 1.5m, ½ Neck

Trial 7: - MY KIWI MATE sat behind his stable mate SOMEBEACHSHADOW and came to the outside at the 300m. He was able to get home the better and scored in fast time. RISHI was on his worst behaviour and was tailed off throughout. He broke stride at the start and also several times in the run.

Mile Rate: - 1.54.7          Final Half: - 55.85    Margins: - 3m, 286.5m

Trial 8: - PLAN CE settled six back on the markers, moved into the death seat at the 800m and sustained a strong run to win nicely. THE KIWI WAY settled three back on the markers and finished quickly for a game second via the sprint lane. OUR MASTER GEORGE progressed forward to find the lead and rolled along at a reasonable tempo. He was gunned down over the latter stages but he battled on well for third. FINAL PEACE was four back on the markers and rattled home once she angled to the outside, finishing an eye-catching fourth. CULLENS DESIRE showed gate speed to lead, took a trail behind OUR MASTER GEORGE and dropped back to fifth late. SUNRAINBOW settled five back on the markers before moving into the running lane in the last lap (1-2). She finished ahead of FISCAL FANTASY, which settled down last before moving into the one out and one back trail behind PLAN CE.

Mile Rate: - 1.58.9          Final Half: - 57.9               Margins: - 5m, 1.5m

Trial 9: - BROMWICH (Majestic Son – Icantremember) is a talented gelding and was able to take out the juvenile trotting trial by a large margin. He was approximately 30m behind the leader EURYPHAESSA (Majestic Son – Indie Pepperell $2.0.6, $32,458) before that trotter made an error and he was able to find the front at the 800m. He continued to build on his lead and scored impressively. EURYPHAESSA is an extremely talented filly but she has done a bit wrong at her past two trial attempts. She wanted to pull up and head back to the stables turning out of the front straight when a long way clear. She may concentrate better when there are horses around her. At her past two trials she has stepped quickly and established a big lead before making errors mid-race.
