One trial at Maryborough last weekend produced two new Blackbookers for HRV form guru Craig Rail.

Shaun McNaulty-trained Pesci finished strongly to win the event ahead of Alex Ashwood’s Milly Patone, who also impressed and shapes as a good winning chance at Stawell on Sunday.

Pesci is engaged at Maryborough next Wednesday.

Rail also added Star Hunter and Mister Excessive to the Blackbook, which can be found at the bottom of this week’s trial report.
