WATCH: Barker boys enjoying success as a family

The love of harness racing often stems from family involvement.

And that is the case for the Barker boys.

Kelvin and his two sons Mitch and Sam train a team from their Mitchell Park property just outside of Ballarat.

With little more than a shed on the property when Kelvin purchased it nine years ago, they have slowly built it into a training facility they are proud of.

This week, Nikkita Ross caught up with the Barkers to learn a little more about the operation and how despite taking different paths, they were all drawn back together by the horses.
