Yarra Valley Tuesday meeting abandoned

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) has abandoned the scheduled meeting for Yarra Valley on Tuesday following heavy rain in the region in recent days, causing flooding at the club which is predicted to worsen with the weather forecast in the coming days.

Trainers are advised that additional race codes will be added to the scheduled Thursday November 3 Yarra Valley meeting.

Nomination closing time for the meeting has been pushed back to 8.30am Monday October 31.

Contingency plans are in place for the Thursday November 3 meeting should the situation at Yarra Valley not improve in coming days. HRV will advise in due course.

Participants are encouraged to stay across the HRV floods information page and all SMS communications from HRV.
