Yearling Nomination
No Yearling Fees for VICBRED
Age Acceptance
VICBRED AGE Acceptances, Withdrawals and Series Fees are now available for processing on HARNESSWEB through ‘My Futurities’.
HRV will automatically invoice eligible horses Age Acceptance fees during December 2025 if no action has been taken.
Payment Due 28th February 2026
If payment is not made, invoice/s will be automatically cancelled on 28th February 2026, and the horse will become ineligible for the Series. Horses can re-enter, late fees apply.
A ‘SERIES FEE’ can be paid at this time (2YO Only), which covers:
- 2 Year Old Acceptance
- 3 Year Old Acceptance
- 4 Year Old Acceptance

Age Acceptance Fees will be proactively invoiced by HRV (Early June 2026) for those horses that are eligible (Having previously paid both a Foal and Yearling Nomination)
Payment Due 1st August 2026
If payment is not made by 1st August 2026, horses will be automatically WITHDRAWN.
Those who have previously paid a SERIES FEE are already eligible and DO NOT need to pay an Age Acceptance Fee.
