Goodtime Libby drops in class here after a gutsy 2^nd at Melton behind the very smart Sir Jimmy. Whilst she has the muster to lead, there is significant speed on her outside also. Even if she’s forced to take a sit, with even luck in the final lap she will be hitting the line strongly.

Rakajed is on the quick back-up from Wednesday night at Bendigo where he was an enormous winner fresh from a spell. He was wide off the back row over a mile and was without cover for the last lap in very quick time. No draw favours again, but a repeat performance can see him go back-to-back.

Burning Tickets has been in very good form this preparation and is unlucky not to have a picket fence of wins. Won well three back from the pole, then from a wide draw worked home hard this track to run 2^nd then nearly fell last time at Melton when she had plenty to offer. Like Kate Gath going on here also to deliver at juicy odds.
