Foal Nominations– Need for Speed Series 14 (Foals born in Season 24/25)
Foal Nominations are now open for ‘Need for Speed’ Series 14 – Foals born during the 24/25 breeding season.
Foal Nomination – $88
To Nominate:
- Log onto HarnessWeb – Select My Futurities – Select ‘Need For Speed’ and ‘Nominate’.
- Complete the form below and email to needforspeed@hrv.org.au
Yearling Nominations / Series Fee – Need for Speed Series 13 – Current 1-Year-Olds
Yearling Nominations / Series Fee are now open for ‘Need for Speed’ Series 13 – Current 1-Year-Olds
If a Foal Nomination was previously paid, a Yearling Nomination OR Series Fee is now due.
Yearling Nomination – $220
Series Fee – $440 – Covers both the Yearling Nomination AND Age Acceptance (saving $220)

- Log onto HarnessWeb – Select My Futurities – Select ‘Need For Speed’ and select either Yearling Nomination or Series Fee.
- Complete the form below and email to needforspeed@hrv.org.au
Age Acceptances – Need for Speed Series 11 – Current 3-Year-Olds.
Age Acceptance Fees will be proactively invoiced by HRV (Early June 2025) for those horses that are eligible (Having previously paid both a Foal and Yearling Nomination)
Payment will be due 1st August 2025. If payment is not made by 1st August 2025, horses will be automatically WITHDRAWN.
Those who have previously paid a SERIES FEE are already eligible and DO NOT need to pay an Age Acceptance Fee.
To Withdraw:
- Log onto HarnessWeb – Select My Futurities – Select ‘Need For Speed’ and select Withdraw
- Email to needforspeed@hrv.org.au with the name of your horse confirming Withdraw.
