Age Acceptance
Proactively Invoiced by HRV during December 2025 (2YO, 3YO and 4YO Acceptance, for horses that are eligible)
Payment Due 28th February 2026
If payment is not made, invoice will be automatically cancelled on 28th February 2026, and the horse will become ineligible for the Series. Horses can re-enter, late fees apply.
A ‘SERIES FEE’ can be Paid at this time (2YO Only), which covers:
- 2 Year Old Acceptance
- 3 Year Old Acceptance
- 4 Year Old Acceptance
