FOAL NOMINATIONS – NEED FOR SPEED SERIES 15 (FOALS BORN IN SEASON 25/26) 

Foal Nomination for ‘Need For Speed’ Series 15 – Foals born during the 25/26 breeding season – will open May 2026 – with communication sent out accordingly.

Foal Nomination – $88

To Nominate:

  • Log into HarnessWeb – Select MY FUTURITIES – Select NEED FOR SPEED and NOMINATE
  • Email horse/s (with horse/s name or breeding) to needforspeed@hrv.org.au
YEARLING NOMINATIONS / SERIES FEE – NEED FOR SPEED SERIES 14 (1-Year-Olds as of 1st January 2026)

Yearling Nominations / Series Fee will open in May 2026 for horses that are 1 Year Old as of 1st January 2026.

If a Foal Nomination was previously paid, a Yearling Nomination OR Series Fee will be due.

Yearling Nomination – $220

Series Fee – $440 – Covers both the Yearling Nomination AND Age Acceptance (saving $220)

To Nominate:

  • Log into HarnessWeb – Select MY FUTURITIES – Select NEED FOR SPEED and NOMINATE
  • Email nomination (with horse/s name or breeding) to needforspeed@hrv.org.au
3-YEAR-OLD AGE ACCEPTANCE – NEED FOR SPEED SERIES 12 (3-YEAR-OLDS AS OF 1ST JANUARY 2026)

Age Acceptance Fees will be proactively invoiced by HRV (Early June 2026) for those horses that are eligible (Having previously paid both a Foal and Yearling Nomination)

Payment Due 1st August 2026

If payment is not made by 1st August 2026, horses will be automatically WITHDRAWN.

Those who have previously paid a SERIES FEE are already eligible and DO NOT need to pay an Age Acceptance Fee.
