OVERVIEW: FOUR STARZZZ RUBY (8) consistent mare that gets a nice trailing draw and looks suited in this class. One of the main chances and can fight out the finish. SPORTS LINER (10) capable type racing well and hasn’t been far away and will be running home late. HAND WRITER (5) races well in this class and does have the early speed to race handy and can figure in the finish. ROCKSTAR LEO (11) racing well and despite the rise in class and from a tough draw must be respected again. CRAFTY OLD FOX (2) WHERES WOOD WOOD (3) and PAIGETHEHURRIKANE (4) have favourable draws and wouldn’t shock.

OVERVIEW: KIMCHI (10) started favourite when runner up last start and finished off well. Strikes a similar race and should prove hard to hold out. TIME AFTER TIME (9) sit and sprint pacer that had excuses last start and will get a soft trip here and can improve here. Don’t dismiss. MURIEL (7) races well in this class but will need some luck from inside the second-row draw. FAVOURITEHIGHLIGHT (12) is working up to a win but faces a tough draw. Not out of it. OLLY ODD POTTS (5) has place claims.

OVERVIEW: IZZ ROSA (1) interesting runner that creates great interest resuming since August 2023 and showed ability. Recent trial form suggest she can run a forward race. Watch with great interest. ONYX (7) should be improved after recent racing and drawn to get a soft trip. Can keep improving. CRESCO BELLADONNA (2) yet to be placed from 10 starts but strikes a suitable race and has claims. CRAZY ON THE BEACH (3) has shown speed in the past and might give a sight. Don’t dismiss. HOWSWEETTHESOUND (6) lightly raced that was placed last start and might keep improving.

OVERVIEW: ALFIE ALWAYS (5) started favourite last start and did plenty wrong. Can be hit or miss but has proven himself from the stand conditions. Gets another chance. STARLIGHT RED (2) races well from the stand conditions and has been close in recent starts. One of the chances. DHONI TROUBLE (7) should be cherry ripe for this and showed in the past to have good ability. A major threat. CHAMPAGNE CHARLEY (10) quirky trotter that has proven hard to catch over a long period of time but does have good ability when at his best. Must be respected.  THATS DUDLEY (6) continues to linger just behind the placegetters but never far away. First standing start attempt here and might relish the conditions.

OVERVIEW: OUR CHEEKY DEVIL (8) recent form has been impressive and placed last start in a slick mile rate of 1.53.2 at Melton headquarters. Just needs to repeat that run to be a big winning chance. HIGH FLUX (5) fitter and capable when right. Can improve here. TOORAM CEE CEE (10) first up since September but has ability and is a definite chance along with BULLDOG KHAN (11) and COMMUNITY ART (12) that have tough draws but can make their presence felt. LILS NIGHTMARE (6) could race handy and be in this for a long way. WILD BULL (7) smart horse when right but faces a tricky inside draw. BRUISED EGO (9) LORIMERMAJOR (2) CEE OH DEE (1) have place claims whilst WOW YOU CAN DANCE (3) might sneak into the first fours.

OVERVIEW: DOOO DONT THINK (9) has been a model of consistency in recent times and draws to get a nice trail into to the race and might prove hard to hold out along with ART ON FIRE (8) that will be running on strongly. Both SOHO PLAYGIRL (5) ANOTHER PUDDIN (6) COUNTRY ROCKSTAR (4) and ARRAPS (2) have favourable draws to take up forward positions and on their best form capable of being in this for a long way. Must be respected.

OVERVIEW: MAGIC LAW (4) has teased for a long time being a winner of only one race from 47 starts but has run some very good races without saluting the judge. Placed at her past two starts when narrowly beaten and gets another winning chance here. Deserves another win. KYVALLEY MUGSY (8) resumes here having a change of stables but has shown to have the ability for a race of this class. Definite danger. Both THE NIGHT QUEEN (3) and WALLIS (7) have been racing well and must be respected whilst TAKEN BY WINE (1) could be an improver from the pole position draw.

OVERVIEW: REIGN EM IN (8) looks well placed again after some strong recent performances and from the trailing draw will be running home strongly and should prove hard to hold out. EPIC ORION (1) opportunist pacer that gets the ideal draw to be in striking range here and can pose as a major threat. PAYUP ORLEAVE (2) drawn well and race in a forward position and should be in this for a long way. BIGGERBETTERBEST (7) change of stables and will enjoy a soft trip here and is amongst the chances. BETTER BLUE BOYS (4) has been in good form against easier company but has claims again along with MUSSEL SHOALS (3).
