The Drive for Life program was developed by HRV and key industry bodies to assist our young participants to foster a long career in harness racing. The program provides free education tailored to addressing the challenges faced by our drivers from when they first gain their licence up to age 25.
Drive for Life is part of the current mandatory units for licensing for drivers under 25 years of age.
The upcoming training session will be delivering information on drugs and alcohol and the effects on lives and careers. Previous training session topics have included integrity, fatigue management, health and wellbeing, media and communication, race driving and form.
Upcoming session details:
Who: All licenced A, B & C drivers under 25 years of age.
When: 7pm Monday 29th September 2025 or 7pm Monday 6th October 2025.
