On 8 July 2025, the Victorian Racing Tribunal (VRT) considered two (2) charges issued by Harness Racing Victoria Stewards against licensed trainer-driver Steven Loftus under Australian Harness Racing Rules (AHRR) 190(1) and 190B(1)(b).
