Champion mare Amazing Dream has been the most significant mover with TAB since last night’s Hunter Cup barrier draw.
The Nathan Purdon-trained daughter of Bettor’s Delight came up with barrier eight – inside the second line – at Tabcorp Park Melton for this Saturday night’s feature, meaning she will follow out the even money favourite in King Of Swing.
Punters immediately zeroed in on the multiple Group 1 winning mare, with TAB offering up $5.50 about her chances from the draw but that price lasted 30 seconds. Astute customers were quick to take the price and strong support has now seen her firm into $4.80.
King Of Swing initially opened at $1.85 but is now out to $2 while Lochinvar Art has been solid at the $6.50 since drawing gate six.
Prior to the barrier draw when the market was still ‘All In’, punters could have secured $14 about Amazing Dream.
She is responsible for just over half the early investment on the race since the barrier draw.
