Celebration of the horse will be the focus at the Bendigo Equine Expo & Trade Fair set to be staged at the Bendigo harness racing complex on Saturday 1 March.
The event will showcase all equine groups and will include appearances of HERO off the track horses along with pony trots and a harness racing demonstration from leading reinswoman Ellen Tormey.
There are more than $2000 in prizes and vouchers to be won in the Capricorn Australia Breed Ambassador Award which can be entered online.
Those attending will have access to more than 60 stalls with the event also featuring guest speakers, demonstrations and carriage rides.
Proceeds from the Expo will assist with the Club’s renovation of the horse stalls.
Gates open at 9am.
