Here's hoping popular pacer Little Peanut (pictured) can handle some pressure! 

Just about every pundit in town is declaring the Wedderburn Cup and Central Vic Pacing Championship winner the horse to beat in the Garrards Pace, the first leg of tonight's quaddie at Tabcorp Park Melton.

Trained by Jess Tubbs, Little Peanut will be driven by 'The Candyman' Greg Sugars and the consensus view is that he will lead. And win. 

On the SENTrack Friday Form Panel yesterday it was unanimous that Little Peanut was the horse to beat.

And the punters have opened their wallets this morning, already clipping the price of Little Peanut from $1.6 into $1.5 with TAB.

GoodForm's Jason Bonnington, who has Little Peanut on top, tonight has a lot of time for Major Times, who is favoured to win the TAB Multiplier Pace (Race 6). 

At the time of publishing this story, punters are getting $2.5 for the Emma Stewart-trained son of Art Major. Bonners has marked him $1.9. You'd expect his price to tighten throughout the day based on that intel. 

And plenty will be riding with Majestic Mannequin to win the Niota Bloodstock Handicap (Race 3) due to  Long Forrest trainer Andy Gath's record with ex-Kiwi squaregaiters.  

This trotter, a daughter of Majestic Son, is a $2.5 favourite with TAB, but early money has come for stablemate Scallywag Sam ($3.5 in from $3.9 in the same race).

As we spend Easter at home due to the current situation, Trots Media has racing and sports fans covered with a stack of ways to harness the action from Melton.
