Harness Racing Victoria wishes to advise of alterations in Racing Guidelines.
Commencing August 15, fields for all races selected under the automatic field selection system will default to be selected in descending points score order (from the top down) unless otherwise stated (Refer 2.5 in Racing Guidelines).
For races that are divided based on a set criteria, no emergency will be drawn into any division unless the race is divided on a random basis (Refer 3.3.1 in Racing Guidelines).
