Chynchilla will step out Tuesday at Bendigo in the TLC Carpentry Pace for Lisa and Mark Pitt and if her trial performance is any indication she's ready make a first-up mark.
The consistent three-year-old has placed in all but two of her 11 starts, including a last outing win in the HRNSW Guaratanteed Ladyship Pace by 18 metres on June 2.
That talent was reinforced at Shepparton trials last Thursday (July 27) when she led, took cover, then "unleashed a powerful finishing burst from the 300m mark and scored impressively".
The performance earned her a place in the Trial File Blackbook along with Soho Casino Royale, Dream Maze and Damysus.
Here are the highlights from the Victorian trials circuit, with the updated Blackbook at the bottom of the page.
