Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) advises that tonight’s Echuca meeting has been abandoned due to the state of the track after rainfall today.
“Stewards assessed the track at about 3.15pm today and determined it was unsuitable for racing due to being waterlogged and inconsistent in several areas,” HRV Chairman of Stewards Brett Day said.
