Jason Bonnington and Nikkita Ross have identified value runners early on the program at Victorian harness headquarters on Saturday night.

Working through the Tabcorp Park Melton 10-race program on SEN Track’s Trots Life, Bonnington like two in the opening event who appealed at value.

“$8.50 is a crazy price for Hes Under Wraps," he said. "If you want to have one bet in the race that is what I would do. I can’t see an enforcer and I’ll be having decent each way bets on the 4 (Hes Under Wraps) and 8 (Imnopumpkin)."

The second on the program also appealed to both analysts. Ross made the Alex Ashwood-trained entrant her best value on the card.

“At the price I am really keen on Tupelo Beach on an each-way basis, more the place. He is going to be three pegs at worst you would think, over the short trip it’s a nice spot to be and I have really liked his past couple of runs.”

Bonnington shared similar thoughts, having Tupelo Beach in his numbers, and found another at a big price that he feels is worth an each-way ticket.

“Blitzen looks the winner and black odds seems good enough, but the obvious overs is Ozzie Playboy, who thrives under these conditions and is cricket score odds,” Bonnington said, with the Julie Douglas trained pacer at $41 with TAB at the time of airing.
