Champion reinsman Gavin Lang is undergoing chemotherapy and despite some setbacks remains in good spirits, his wife Meagan has advised.
Via Facebook, Meagan wrote:
“Quick update on Gav’s progress: First cycle of chemo has finished. He is now experiencing a few setbacks with infections so we will not be getting home between cycles as we had hoped. As advised by Gav’s medical team it is still extremely important that he continues to have no visitors at this stage. Thank you so much for all of your beautiful messages, well wishes and wonderful support. He is in good spirits. One day at a time. X.”
