Lou Will was full of running when held up last start at Wagga, with clear air, he would’ve absolutely stormed home. That followed a strong win at Mildura, and he’s only continued to improve with each outing since arriving from New Zealand earlier this year.

Drawn barrier nine, the well-bred son of Sweet Lou looks well placed in this event. I do respect the favourite, Sometuffluv, but he faces a tough ask from the outside of the back row in barrier 11.
