GOODFORM – Bronte’s punting plan for Wednesday at Bendigo

Bronte Nieuwenburg has outlined her selections and suggested game plan for tonight’s ten-race card at Bendigo.

R1 – 5.34pm – Eco Victoria Pace – 2150m

10 Kathys Free

11 Bella Danza

9 Dougs Flame

3 Bandit Eyes

Kathys Free looks to be the best value of the favoured runners in this race. Although her numerical form on paper doesn’t look as impressive as Bella Danza, she has sectionally been racing slightly faster. If she has luck in running, she is a great each-way chance.

BACK: 10 Kathys Free – 1 unit (each-way)

R2 – 6.00pm – Spring H20 Pace – 1650m

9 Hes Lethal

4 Vince Lombardi

8 Krafty Candy

10 Kimcando

Hes Lethal is a lightly raced, progressive type that is getting significantly better each start. This race looks very winnable again here as he continues to go up through the grades with in-form driver James Herbertson.

BACK: 9 Hes Lethal – 2 units (win)

R3 – 6.32pm – Race Services 3yo Maiden Pace – 1650m

3 Anakin

1 Marlo Mareau

6 Apache Plume

11 Villarock

R4 – 7.00pm – Garrards Horse & Hound 2yo Pace – 1650m

9 Ideal Moth

2 Wicked Hangover

7 The Villain

5 Ozzie Gem

Ideal Moth’s first start victory was very impressive. She looks to be a classy filly with a lot of ability, and she will likely be in the finish again here.

BACK: 9 Ideal Moth – 2 units (win)

R5 – 7.30pm – Huntly Lifestyle Estate By Lincoln Place Trot – 1650m

5 Let It Be Me

3 Amalia Pearl

9 Cabin Crew

8 Timmy Turtle

R6 – 8.00pm – Nutrien AG Solutions Trot – 1650m

8 Picket Wire

7 Midnight Eagle

6 Dona Amalia

3 Thats Your Opinion

Picket Wire is racing at least two seconds better than the rest of this field. She was in a feature trotting mares’ event last start at Melton and this looks to be a significantly easier race. She has a tricky barrier but if she can overcome an awkward starting position, she will be hard to beat.

BACK: 8 Picket Wire – 3 units (win)

R7 – 8.33pm – Petersen Westbrook Cameron Lawyers Trot – 2150m

6 Bullapark Beno

3 Miss Francene

8 Sista Evarista

2 Black And Gold

R8 – 8.58pm – Southern Cross Office Equipment (SCOE) Pace – 1650m

1 Marty The Martian

10 Rocknroll Walla

9 Alby Two Chains

2 Rise Above All

R9 – 9.30pm – Oxley Feed Mill Maiden Trot – 2150m

4 No Remorse

3 Majestic Charma

5 Tara Tuff

1 El Uno

No Remorse is well bred, and he looks like a nice type. He has consistently been racing well with little luck. He’s sectionally been racing better than the rest of this field. I find it quite surprising he is still a maiden. A horse I have left out of my numbers but is one to follow in this race is Cuban Folly. He has galloped out of contention in his four race starts to date. However, if he puts it all together, he may be in the finish.

BACK: 4 No Remorse – 1 unit (win)

R10 – 10.02pm – Strath Hill Butcher Maiden Trot – 2150m

8 Col Du Granon

3 Destrier

5 The Nightingale

7 Sweet Maori Miss

** A betting unit is typically a percentage of the total bankroll or the amount of money you are willing to risk on a particular bet – for example 1 unit is 10% of your bankroll, therefore with a $100 bankroll 1 unit equals $10.
