Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations and what it means for harness racing

Anyone participating in harness racing in Victoria and working outside their home must comply with the Victorian Government’s mandatory vaccine requirements announced this week.

Key dates you should know

15 October: You must have received at least your first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine or have a booking to receive your first dose by 22 October 2021

22 October: You must have received your first dose.

26 November: You must have had your full vaccination.

These conditions apply to all participants, club staff and HRV staff.
