King Of Swing has been installed a $1.25 favourite to take full points and Belinda McCarthy's stable will likely sweep night one of the Inter Dominion pacing series.

That's the verdict of TAB traders with the first odds released at TAB.com.au and placing King Of Swing (heat one), Expensive Ego (heat two) and Spirit Of St Louis (heat three) on top.

The latter fronts what looks on paper the most even of the heats, installed favourite with his gate three draw giving him the market advantage over Victorian-trained hope Triple Eight, who opened a $3.40 chance from inside the back row.

Spirit Of St Louis opened at $2.60 and was the only horse drawn on the front line in single figures. Western Sonador ($9) was next in the market despite his gate 12 draw.

King Of Swing is a dominant force in the opening heat with Paul Fitzpatrick-trained Zeuss Bromac next shortest in the market at $10.

Stablemates Expensive Ego ($1.60) and Alta Orlando ($7.50) were shortest in the second heat, with Victorian hope Max Delight ($10) on the next line of betting.

Pink Galahs is primed to claim maximum points on night one having been installed a $2.60 favourite by TAB in the opening trotting heat, with Matt Craven's mare benefitting from a gate one draw.

Her biggest threats come from outside the front row, with Tough Monarch ($3) and Humble Ladd ($4.50) also likely to figure.

The eight Victorian-trained entrants in heat one will all have the job ahead with Majestic Man ($2) installed favourite and Funky Monkey ($2.50) second favourite from gates two and 12 respectively.

Maori Law ($7) is considered the best of the southern raiders, though the gate one draw has traders keeping Illawong Stardust ($14) safe.
