Following the announcement today from the State Government of a circuit breaker lockdown period to keep Victorians safe, Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) CEO Dayle Brown (pictured) joined RSN’s Gareth Hall to discuss the latest changes to Victorian trots protocols.
