Tabcorp Park has been honoured at the annual City of Melton Business Excellence Awards, named Conscientious Employer of 2021. 

Tabcorp Park and Mantra Melbourne Melton General Manager Gayle Harvey said she was “incredibly proud” of her team.

“It has been another challenging year for the hospitality industry due to COVID-19, but I am so proud of the resilience this team has shown throughout time and again,” Ms Harvey said.

“This award is special to us because we do place significant importance on delivering a positive workspace for our team that is safe, rewarding and enjoyable. We are very passionate about that.

“I would like to thank the City of Melton for this wonderful recognition.”

Ms Harvey highlighted “reward and recognition of staff”, “diversity and equality”, and “a firm line against bullying and harassment” as some of the key focus areas for Tabcorp Park which helped it achieve its objective to be “an employer of choice in Melbourne’s west”.

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Chairman Dale Monteith congratulated Tabcorp Park.
