The Victorian Parliament yesterday passed legislation to transition Harness Racing Victoria from a statutory authority to a public company limited by guarantee.
The Victorian Government introduced a Bill into Parliament on Tuesday that will transition Harness Racing Victoria from a statutory authority to a company limited by a guarantee.
