Stawell Harness Racing Club honoured three long-term achievers wil special awards.

Club CEO Lisa McIlvride said Jeffrey Hargreavesm Shannon Tate and Jenny Martin had all been lauded for their contributions over a decade or more.

"Stawell Harness Racing Club is a successful club because of every person who works for the club whether that be volunteers, casuals, full-time, part-time, contractors we are thrilled to have so many long-term people of all positions associated with our club," Ms McIlvride said.

Mr Hargreaves received a 25-year service medal for his contribution on committee, serving as committee member, track attendant, trials mobile driver among many other jobs.

Mr Tate was awarded a 20-year service medal for his casual employment with the harness racing club in the roles of yardman, track attendant, gaming cashier and gaming supervisor.

"Shannon is the reason why the grounds always look beautiful for our race day," Ms McIlvride said. "The agricultural society always thanks him for having the grounds in beautiful condition for the annual show."

And Ms Martin was awarded a 10-year service medal for her dedication as head waitress in the catering department.

"In the high demand job of catering it’s a great achievement to be in that one role as Jenny has been for Trackside Bar and Bistro."
