Timing truck: Back on track at Bendigo

Tonight at Bendigo Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) was pleased to have one of its two timing trucks back in operation.

As previously advised, the trucks have unfortunately been unavailable in recent weeks – one involved in a serious road accident and the other suffering mechanical issues at the start of the New Year.

HRV identified prior to these unforeseen circumstances that there was a risk in having only two timing trucks and, with the help of the Daniel Andrews State Government, invested $210,000 to custom build a new truck.

This new truck will be ready by the end of March.

HRV advises due to having only one timing truck currently in operation there will be some meetings where a truck is unfortunately unavailable in coming weeks.
