Kasey Kent’s unraced youngster Spoonthemoon will need to get her manners in order, but Craig Rail has a good opinion of the unraced filly after her trial performance at Shepparton last week.

The daughter of Bettors Delight broke at the start, lost approximately 50m, tacked on mid-race and ran home strongly out wide on the track for fourth.

“It was a very good effort and she obviously has the ability to win races when she is able to mend her manners,” Rail said.

The filly is one of four additions to Rail’s Blackbook, which has been updated at the bottom of the page.
