Passionate harness racing trainer and breeder Jess Tubbs is the Victorian Harness Racing Club's latest 'At the Heart of It' feature video.

Tanya McDermott sat down with Tubbs to talk about her backstory in the industry, her love for the horse, the breeding side of the sport, and the drive and commitment it takes to run a harness racing stable.

Tubbs is currently in ninth position on the Victorian state trainers' premiership tally with 11 wins and 16 minor placings from 57 starters this season.

The new-look VHRC website celebrates all facets of the harness racing industry with a focus on enhancing the experience for owners. However, you do not have to be an owner to support the VHRC and reap the wonderful rewards from being involved. The club is building out an extensive social events calendar, which will take in harness meetings throughout the state, including the upcoming Echuca Cup Weekend Getaway
